Medicine Walk
You & Nature

You and Nature, together during several hours. A ”medicine walk” is an immersion in nature where you will take in everything that is around you: look, listen, feel, smell and maybe even taste. Without searching for anything, without trying to understand or interpret the things that you experience. Let nature and all the living world that is around you come to you through your senses. You can walk, run, sit, lay down, sleep, play, sing, you can do whatever you want to, you can be whatever you what to.
Before starting you will pass a threshold that gives access to your connection with nature, with Earth. there you can find answers you were looking for, new possibilities, new directions. On your way back you will pass the threshold again back into the human world.
A medicine walk is a solo journey but will start and finish as a group. We begin with practical instructions and questions. Then, like in forest bathing, we will open ours senses, ground us and one after the other you will pass the threshold and start your journey in nature. You will be back after maximum 3 hours and I will keep the threshold during the all time. When everybody is back we will take time to "land" in the human world. Each person will have the possibility to tell his/her story. Maybe the stories will meet and cross and we will "see" a network growing between humans, nature, the Earth...
